A multi stage project that begins with a central core that is an ‘Education through Entertainment’ theme park ‘Fantasmica’, that inspires and compels the research and development of new innovations and discoveries. A center for excellence in innovation and invention, discovery and learning, education and vocational development, environmental and ecological understanding, social and political structure and diplomacy and human advancement and sustainability, through precincts like the ‘University of World Change’, combining the creative platforms of Imagineering with sensible and visionary commercial realities.
